[XML-SIG] PyXML 0.6.5 for Python 2.1

I have rebuilt PyXML 0.6.5 with the Windows installer for Python 2.1,
and put that package on SourceForge for download at

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/pyxml/PyXML-0.6.5.win32-py2.1.exe
