[XML-SIG] help needed

I don't use python 2.0, but looking at the standard library doc for python
2.0 would tend to prove distutil is not a standard package as it is not
there. But life is not that bad as you can easily download it from
http://www.python.org/sigs/distutils-sig/download.html
