[XML-SIG] Duplicate 4DOM demos

  The 4Suite team will have to say for certain, but I suspect the one
in xml/dom/demo/ is the most recent (judging from the checkin
messages).
  I'd certainly rather see the demos somewhere like demo/dom/,
however, so perhaps that copy should be updated and the xml/dom/demo/
removed.
