[XML-SIG] PyXML 0.6.0 not sufficient

  I just installed the current Python, then installed PyXML.  The
regression test on the installed version no longer passes since PyXML
does not include xml.parsers.expat.
  test_pyexpat fails because there isn't an _xmlplus.parsers.expat
module, and test_sax fails because _xmlplus.sax.xmlreader isn't
there.
  Martin, long long will it take to release 0.6.1?
