	You should have a directory tree like this:

	~/lib/xml
	~/lib/xml/dom
	~/lib/xml/marshal
	~/lib/xml/parsers
	~/lib/xml/sax
	~/lib/xml/unicode
	~/lib/xml/utils

	Remember to do a "python setup.py build" to build the pyc files.

	Another thing, in Win32, you must/should copy the files under ~/windows
to ~/lib/xml/parsers/ .
