  Ouch!  I'd forgotten that none of the DOM docs made it into the
release.

  It is, and wouldn't be updated at this point anyway.  The drafts are
currently located at http://python.sourceforge.net/devel-docs/; I'll
try and get an update up tomorrow (or just before I hit the sack
tonight -- soon!).
