[XML-SIG] Build Problem for PyXML 0.5.4 on HPUX

Hi,

the build problem I encountered is not a big deal, but it breaks the build run.

The problem:

Shared libs on HPUX are have the file extension '.sl', and not '.so' like on Linux.

Since the '.so' extension is hardcoded into the setup.py script,

I had to adapt it manually.
