[XML-SIG] Ugh! Why are DOM access methods spelled with a leading '_'?

My mistake. The Python laguage binding does specify '_get_' and
'_set_' methods. This is a mistake IMO, but I agree that the
Python DOM is correct to follow this lead. :(
