[XML-SIG] PyXML, sgmlop and xmllib

Hi,

The xmllib.py for sgmlop is missing from PyXML. Does anybody
know where to find an updated version? Both README.sgmlop
and xml/parsers/__init__.py tells that there should be an xmllib.py 
around but it's not.
