| parsers in python-xml supports marked sections...

What kind of marked sections are you thinking of? expat, RXP, xmllib
and xmlproc all support CDATA marked sections.

As for (INCLUDE/IGNORE) marked sections in the DTD, RXP and xmlproc
also support those.
