[XML-SIG] Getting expat working on MacOS.

I downloaded the xml-0.5 from the python/xml-sig page on the python.org 
website. Unfortunately my version of CodeWarrior is too old to load the
expat project. Can someone advise me in how to get expat to compile on the
Mac? I've fixed the minor problems but there are a few, especially with the
xmltol files.

Help needed.
