[XML-SIG] A bit off topic: XML advice needed...

Hi again,

Many thanks to the people who sent me very thoughtful
responses to my earlier question about "design"
alternatives in XML.

At this point, I'm starting to realize there's another
dimension to this issue, and that is of DTD re-use.

I wondering if it's possible to apply markup design
principles on one hand (e.g. using an attribute .vs.
an element) and also achieve a re-useable and
easily grown DTD?

Now if I could just get a Python to XML translator
I could do it all in Python... ;-)
