[XML-SIG] What's in the package?

I'm going to start working on packaging the XML software into a single
distribution, and am wondering about what exactly should go into it.
The candidates are:

	1 saxlib

	2 xmlproc

	3 DOM

4 pyexpat extension, plus the source code for Expat

	5 sgmlop extension

6 xmllib.py modified to use sgmlop

1, definitely. 2,4, and 5, probably. #6, the sgmlop-aware xmllib.py,
would be good, but I'm not sure where to install it. Overwriting the
existing xmllib.py is evil; perhaps as xml.parser.xmllib?

I'm not sure about DOM; it's not a standard API yet, and I don't know
how closely it matches the current working draft. (Haven't had time
to check.) On the other hand, I wouldn't mind including it without
documentation, and with a warning about the non-existence of a
standard.
