[Web-SIG] Move www.wsgi.org to Read The Docs

Hi Graham,

I have contacted support at gocept.com and they have changed (rechanged) 
the settings. requests to 'wsgi.org'/'www.wsgi.org' will now be 
forwarded (again) to wsgi.readthedocs.org
