[Tutor] Lists within lists return

Thanks Danny.  I thought this might be the case but when I do that I get
the following error:
 python test.py
Traceback (innermost last):
  File "test.py", line 50, in ?
    run_test(get_questions())
NameError: run_test       

And I cannot see where I have the name error.
