asked a passer by for the nearest parking. I was on Raleigh 
and South, and as it turns out, not too far from Moorehead 
Labs and the parking there. I was sent down South St in the 
opposite direction, past the soccer fields, without finding 
any parking. It took 30mins to get back to the same spot.

It is just an exercise, but the convergeance time has to 
have a known upper bound.
