[triangle-zpug] Presenters for April Meeting

I'm still planning to give a presentation on ctypes.

I hope to start with the basics covered in the Python docs (loading
libraries, calling functions, fundamental data types) for those not
familiar with ctypes, and then get into some examples of the really
evil stuff you can do that's taken me a little trial and error to
figure out (casting, pointers, arrays, callback functions).  And I'll
try to compare some differences between writing a C module by hand vs.
swig vs. ctypes.
