There hasn't been an email since December 2018 and I feel this list was
primarily used for automatic emailing of issues for b.p.o which is now
tracked on GitHub.

If you disagree with shutting down this list, please speak up and state why
you think this list should keep existing.

Will the list archives and links to threads/messages still work if we
shut it down?

BTW if someone else wants to become admin for the mailing list it can stay
up. I'm doing this mainly since I'm the only admin and the list isn't
seemingly used anymore.

I would like the archives to be accessible, especially since the
metatracker is gone.
What does an admin need to do to keep up the list?
