[Tracker-discuss] [issue588] Idle menus corrupted with random graphics

Idle menus are corrupted with random graphics as the mouse moves over the choices.  See Screenshot-Idle.png.  This also happens with tear-off menus.
All Idle menus (File, Edit, etc.) are affected, but the drop-down editing function menus (right-clicks) in the code window function normally.
