I think Jython interpreter is complaining for the new jython 2.5.2r2 release.
 Example: I've replaced jython in this Jython shell:
 ttp://dev.artenum.com/projects/JRosetta/download

 and now every time I execute the shell, I have:
 init: Bootstrapping class not in Py.BOOTSTRAP_TYPES[class=class org.python.core.PyStringMap]

 This start to appear from the Jython 2.5.2b version.

 I'm using 

  
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_22-b04)
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 17.1-b03, mixed mode)


 on ubuntu 10.10
