Hi,
this bug tracker is not the right place where to ask questions about Python. Try on comp.lang.python (possibly avoiding rar attachments).
If the problem turns out to be a bug in Python you can then open a bug on the python bug tracker (bugs.python.org), but this is probably not the case.
