[Tracker-discuss] PSF tracker causing heavy load

Restarting roundup seems to have calmed things down for now.  I haven't
found any obvious correlation in the access logs with the load up-tick.

Looks like that was a red herring.  Roundup was hit with a much more
intense barrage of requests to the python tracker and the load maxed out
at about 8.  Then, a little after that barrage stopped, the load shot up
to 50.
