I've contacted postmaster at python.org about this.  It occurs to me, however, that I noticed this problem soon after the OS upgrade on the tracker server, and I'm wondering if something broke.

none of Florent's updates from today have shown up in my inbox or in the python-bugs-list archives, while other ticket updates have shown up.  I see nothing obviously different about that ticket.
