This is a bug in your provider. On associate, it sends a response that ends with

'...xpires_in:1208086\nsession_type:DH-SHA1\n\n'

i.e. it includes an empty line. According to Appendix C of the OpenID spec 1.1, the key-value response consists of lines of the form

  some_key:some value

If it helps, I could make the error message more specific.
