I think that's actually a roundup bug. If somebody accesses fileXXX/path, it shouldn't choke, but report http 404.

I checked the apache logs; the access to file13128/unnamed comes from Googlebot. Unfortunately, they don't provide a referer. I guess Googlebot will continue trying until they eventually get a proper result.
