We'd like to apologise for the crash, or more accurately, for not 
noticing sooner. The parent host (we call it Nina) ran out of memory and 
locked up.

Usually we notice immediately, but there was a regression during a 
recent nagios upgrade. Naturally this event means there is now much 
pressure on our nagios guy to get it fixed.
