Automatic creation of Rietveld issue from python's tracker may not be
possible because creation of issue requires a google login. Perhaps, a
user id can be registered for python's tracker and that can be used to
automatically create an issue. How ever, this still requires all the
reviewers to be added explicitly (either by themselves or by others).
It also  means that Rietveld mails show up in Roundup. I am not sure
if this is acceptable to every one.
