Thanks again for the patch. I have now committed and deployed the templating.py
part (as r61201), but not the test suite change, to minimize our deviation from
the upstream code base.

Please consider submitting the entire patch again upstream (i.e.
sf.net/projects/roundup). I'll mark the issue in-progress, until this happened,
or until you've indicated that you don't want to contribute it to roundup itself.
