Ah, an MX record is a 'mail-exchanger' entry in the domain name system (DNS). It 
is needed so that email sent to 'report at bugs.python.org' actually gets send to 
the upfronthosting machine (which now is the mail exchanger for the 
bugs.python.org domain). This message was just to record that this has been 
done.

The next thing that needs to be done is to make roundup send all messages with a 
From: (and envelope MAIL FROM) header of report at bugs.python.org. Not sure who is 
responsible for making that happen.
