[Tracker-discuss] [issue96] Turn off localization

[Martin v. Löwis]

New submission from Martin v. Löwis:

I find the German localization somewhat confusing, in particular as the rest of 
the website is in English only. For the tracker itself, it is a mix of English and 
German, as all tracker-specific fields are in English.

So I propose to turn off the localization.
