I fixed the detector, so now it should work with Python 2.4.

Thanks for the hint about anti-spam feature. As part of the SoC project I will
script a bot which will automatically post patch reports as comments for
corresponding issues. I will use my ruby tracker account for this (at least for
now). Are there any possible problems I should look out for?
