At least initially that would be hard. We are still in the phase where
we discuss schema changes, and so it is better to not have to do these
changes on a live tracker. (Also, as mentioned before, where do you
report a bug about the tracker being unreachable ?)

For the meta-tracker we don't need anything but the most basic (default)
setup, i.e. this thing can go live instantly.
