The only possible solution I've found online involves going into the registry, which I'm reluctant to do. My OS is Windows 10. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. C:\SpamBayes seems common. Let us know how if that helps. Though I wish it would work better. It flags too many emails as suspect - even after I have identified them as not spam. Also I wish I could put the buttons spam, not spam directly on my quick access toolbar. They are inside a custom toolbars icon. Follow the instructions, then contact us." The faq page is filled with technical info of little use to non-technical people. I'm outraged at this lack of sensitivity and ignorance since all users of are not technical people. Furthermore, you want voluntary contributions which I have made on several occasions. So, what must I do now. I guess suffer without the help of Spambayes. As Skip mentioned, you must install in a location other than the default; C:\spambayes is usually recommended. The other thing is that the Spambayes toolbar will not work in a 64-bit version of Outlook; it must be 32-bit. Being a dormant project, if you have met these criteria and it still does not work, then there are no further options other than to search Google's archives for a solution, use Spambayes POP3 proxy instead, or find an alternative software. Best of luck, Dale -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:
