[Spambayes] Not Spam Button Missing - Outlook

I have Outlook 2010 and the Not Spam button has gone missing.  The Spam
button and the SpamBayes configuration button are still there.  I see one
older post that said they had to reinstall SpamBayes to resolve this. 
Before I go down this path does anyone have any ideas?  I did check the
Customize Ribbon in Outlook and I cannot find the button.
