[Spambayes] test 1.1a6 release for windows

Amedee, please let me know what you find.  I have been unsuccessful in
getting it to work with Outlook 2007 on Win 7 Ultimate.

Thanks for all your hard work, Mark.

I have a clean install of Outlook 2010 on Windows 7 (32bit) somewhere in a
virtual machine. I will test later this week and inform you of the
results.
