Thanks for the generous offer.  There is no SpamBayes organization
established which could receive such a donation.  In the past we've
suggested that people donate to the Python Sofware Foundation:

SpamBayes is written in Python and most of us who have participated in
SpamBayes development over the years have been active in the Python
development community.
