[Spambayes] spambayes inoperable

I upgraded my mail app from outlook 2000 to outlook 2003 and now spambayes
doesn't work. The toolbar is present but when I select either the "spam" or
"spambayes" button nothing happens. So I cannot mark something as spam and
the drop down does not work for the spambayes menu. I tried to uninstall and
reinstall but it still doesn't work.
