Here appears to be a way to disable DEP:

Could be useful for the Outlook plugin.  Disable DEP for Outlook instead 
of the whole system.  Won't work on XP, but it'll solve one headache 
that pops up around here frequently enough.

However, it also seems possible to get around XP DEP:
