[Spambayes] Outlook Express problems

I can't get spambayes to work at all. I use Windows XP I install the Windows XP Outlook Express 1.0.4 I changed everything it told me to and it always says there are no messages. I get about 70 or more spam emails a day I really need some help. Thanks Avery.
