[Spambayes] issue with instalation

Dear Sir,

 

I installed spambays on Windows XP version pack 2 from 2002 and Outlook
2002. Problem is that I have no icons ("smily") on my outlook bar, no
possibility to startup manager and learning/training process.

How to solve it?
