[Spambayes] SpamBayes add in at start up problem

Hi

After installing SpamBayes, on starting Outlook I get the "add in failed to
initialize" message. Restarting Outlook makes no difference

It runs fine on my Laptop but not on my PC

I've included the log files above

 

Any help gratefully received
