[Spambayes] help

My Spambayes crashed over week-end.  I deleted it and re-installed but it
won't work.  I have Windows XP and Outlook 2000.  It appears to download - I
go into Outlook Tools - other - check "add-in" - it is there but not
checked.  I check it and say ok but the next time I look it is unchecked
again.  Somehow something is blocking it from working.

 

Any thoughts?
