[Spambayes] Install problem for spam bayes

I am endeavouring to reinstall spambayes 1.0.4 on a Windows XP machine
running Outlook 2003 with all the latest updates.

Although the software binaries install, it doesn't show up in Outlook and
none of the techniques to register the addin work. Looking at the log, The
following is reported. Not the 'Access is denied' message. The user id that
I am working with has Administrator priviledges.
