[Spambayes] Junk E-mail disappearing

First I love you product.
 
I am having the weirdest problem with spam bayes, The junk e-mail folder
keeps disappearing, It happens everyday for the last couple of weeks. 
 
First I was running Win 2000, 600mhz outlook 2000, - exchange 2000 
 
I thought buy replacing the machine it would go away,
 
I have sinced replaced the machine with XP Pro SP2 all updates, outlook
2007
 
Spam bayes always works but the junk email folder keep disappearing, I
have to re run the configuration and it comes back.
