[Spambayes] Organising mail accounts

Can you help?

I use Outlook to receive emails from two email accounts.
I have ‘created a rule’ for my Inbox to ‘move new messages’ ‘to my second
email account’ into ‘new folder’ so I can separate my incoming messages.
Any training done in Inbox SpamBayes does not filter the messages in this
new folder, and its doesn’t appear to automatically filter the messages when
they arrive in the ‘new folder’
