Seems to be exceptionally quiet here the past week Ian, so I'll
try to help, but I need more info.

Are you using the Outlook plug-in version of SpamBayes?
Have you been running it for a while or is it just installed?
Did you ever have an "Unsure" or "Junk Suspects" folder?
