[Spambayes] DELETED FOLDER

I currently have spambytes on my computer but I accidentally deleted my
junk suspects folder and don't know how to get it back, I have tried
uninstalling the s/w then putting it back on and that didn't work I must
be missing a step.  Can you give me some direction on what to do?
