[Spambayes] SpamBayes 1.0.4 on Windows 2003 Server SP1

Hi the list !

I managed without any problem to install SpamBayes on many Windows
workstations.

However, on a Windows 2003 Server SP1, the plugin hangs Outlook at startup.
I've already seen this problem in the SpamBayes mailing lists, but I've 
not found
any workaround to make it work...

I've even tried to install python/pywin/spambayes from scratch, but with 
no luck...
The same problem still appears...
