[Spambayes] Outlook 2003 Add-in Issue

Have you checked to see if Outlook has disabled the plug-in?  Help->About
Microsoft Outlook->Disabled Items.

(And no, I have no idea why there are *two* places to disable a plug-in, or
why "Help" is a logical place to put one of them).
