If you tell us which mail client you are using (and how many mail servers
you connect to), we can provide instructions about how to configure it.  In
the typical case, however, all you need to do is go into the settings for
the POP3 server and change it to connect to "localhost" rather than directly
to the server.

Future versions of SpamBayes will hopefully have both better documentation
and a configuration wizard to help out.  We are working on both of these, as
we can.
